DR. Christy Vonta (C.Von), PhD, H.H.P, C.T.

Director/Founder

Certified Trichologist, Herbalist, and Holistic Health Practitioner Christy Vonta (C.Von) also known as “The Kissologist” is the Key Individualized Skin & Scalp Specialist leading the authority in hair and scalp diseases. She began with her salon Kissed by C.Von promoting health and wellness through the art of hair and transitioned that into one of the top trichology and wellness clinics in the industry. As C.Von’s success grew with trichology she expanded her reach and founded The Kinesthetic Institute of the Skin & Scalp | E.D. where she teaches other beauty professionals how to reverse hair loss and various scalp conditions through health and wellness.

 

As a hair loss expert and international educator, C.Von has managed to guide hundreds of other beauty professionals to develop the knowledge, skills, business structure and proven systems, to grow thriving trichology businesses and revenue generation to experience success within their hair loss clinics.

C.Von is a trichological genius and a great resource to cosmetic arts and barbering professionals helping them to acquire the tools necessary to achieve lifelong dreams. She’s passionate about success! C.Von is a published author, master stylist, and a hair loss expert sharing her genius to beauty and barber professionals across the globe.

With almost 30 years in the cosmetic arts industry, C.Von is the head educator at the Kinesthetic Institute of the Skin & Scalp E.D. and is relentless about assisting each student in pursuing their goals. Trichology has afforded C.Von the opportunity to retire as a hairstylist, and actively practice Trichology at her Hair Loss & Skincare Clinic in Raleigh, NC. Here she has created a safe space for people of all walks of life to simply let their hair down or take it off as she creates proven and effective solutions for reversing hair loss.

C.Von has founded our Trichology Training Institute out of desire to assist the community in promoting optimal holistic health through educational development. She incorporates her expertise in psychology and herbal medicine to educate new generations of Trichologist prosper within this illustrious field.

Chi Cooper 

Director of Operations

Chi is a licensed esthetician, licensed cosmetologist, and an associate trichologist. She is the Key Individualized Skincare Specialist, specializing in all aspects of skin and scalp care. She is the owner of C.Venise Skincare & Esthetics Practice.

 

She specializes in locs, waxing, facial, skincare and scalp care services. 

​

Chi takes pride in caring for and treating various skin conditions to promote healthy skin. Chi is also certified in microdermabrasion and is very passionate about assisting clients with their skin care needs.

Ayana Crawford

Accreditation Manager 

Ayana is responsible for managing the accreditation process for K.I.S.S.E.D. Trichology Training Institute. She ensures our organization meets specific standards and requirements, as well as develops new standards and updating existing ones to ensure our curriculum meets specific guidelines which affords our students the maximum level of education possible.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the education sector, Ayana is a vital asset to our organization as she ensures that our organization maintains a certain level of quality at all times. She ensures all staff members have proper training, equipment is well-maintained, and procedures are followed correctly,
