Admissions Application

Virtual learners will receive a zoom link to attend the desired section of the course. If course is missed for that day, a replay will be available. Students must schedule and attend 2-Day in-person Clinical Training to receive full certification.

I understand that all tuition and fees must be paid prior to the last week of the course to receive full certification. If financial obligations are not met, students will be removed from the course and will be ineligible for clinical training and official certification.

I understand that scholarships are deducted from the regular cost of tuition and can not be combined with any promotional discount. Students will receive either the current promotional rate or the scholarship, not both. Scholarship awards are issued at the discretion of the administrative staff. They are not guaranteed. Students desiring a scholarship must fill out a scholarship application and pay course deposit to be considered.

I accept the terms & conditions and understand that all deposits and course fees are nonrefundable. If a course is missed, fees can be transferred to the same course title on a later date within a 6-month period of initial purchase. I understand that a $250 deposit is required to hold my seat in class. The course deposit is deducted from the balance of the selected course. An invoice will be sent with your acceptance email to cover the remaining balance of the course. All fees must be paid prior to the start date of your course. Virtual courses must be paid in full prior to receiving access to the course. Afterpay and payment plan options are available, although all fees must be paid prior to receiving access to the course. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
